The City Select jogger is a travel system, a pram, a double stroller/tandem stroller, or just a traditional single stroller.
A stroller designed for what a growing family may ever need!
With the Baby Jogger City Select, it is possible for your child to face mum or dad regardless of whether bubs is in the bassinet. The pram is a travel system with bubs in an infant carrier; and with bubs in the stroller seat.
Configurations
There are more than 16 different ways to configure your City Select Jogger for one or two children; including bassinets, infant car seat adapters, and/or stroller seats
The stroller seat and second seat kit both have a minimum recommended baby age of 6 months. Each seat can carry up to around 20kgs. The maximum headroom from seat bottom to top of canopy is 60 cm, which should remain comfortable for the average 3 year old child.
City Select sizing
The size of the City Select Stroller when folded with one seat; is 71 x 62 x 32cm. That will fit into compact car trunks as small as Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic, Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra, and more. Obviously, it easily will fit larger car trunks as well.
The City Select Jogger is not suitable for jogging or running. Confusion may come from the manufacturer’s name, Baby Jogger. The company name comes from its very first stroller ever made – a jogging stroller. In 2008, Baby Jogger started making more and more models for everyday life. The City Select would be able to handle powerwalking, but not running.
The stroller comes with one seat, sun canopy, stroller frame, wheels, and underseat basket.
As a single, the City Select weighs 13 kg. With the Second Seat Kit, the entire stroller is 15 kgs.
The City Select can only be used with newborn babies; in a car seat infant carrier and the pram converted to a travel system with suitable adapters.
