The Cybex Priam is more than just a pram but an extension of your own personal style. The Priam pram is very easy to operate.
Cybex are relatively unknown in Australia; and are bringing the Priam to Australian mums, as the video says, touch of luxury.
This is a pram which will last you some time as it has a carrying capacity of around 22 kgs; meaning that it may last you from birth to around 4 years of age. For convenience, the Priam pram is compatible with the Cybex Carry Cot for newborns.
Busy out there with the shopping; this pram is a single handed operation, (handy when you have a sleeping baby in one arm) to fold into a free standing position.
Stroller in action
The Priam pram has a lightweight (9.6 kilograms) aluminium frame with soft suspension delivering a smooth ride. steps, kerbs and sand are not a problem with thanks to the two-wheel handling mode.
When out and about the Cybex Priam seat, easily switches from forward to rear facing; enabling your child to really take in his or her surroundings. One of the great features of the Priam; is that the seat is positioned at table height so your children will not feel left out; plus there is no need hoping the cafe will have a high chair.
The height adjustable handle bar, makes is easier for mums and dads of different heights; to push the pram aound without needing to stoop over to push the pram.
The Priam also comes with an extra large UPF50+ sun canopy, removable bumper bar, and a storage basket with net; plus a comfortable seat cover all included!
Cybex Priam Summary
The Cybex Priam was expected to hit the American Market in Q1 2015; and consequently hit Australia end of Q2 2015. Unfortunately the price tag of $1699 Retail, is almost 2.5 times the price of the Infa Arlo pram; priced at $640 (where the seat converts into a basinet).
Recommended or not
Despite the large number of features, and a price tag of approximate 3 times that of the Infa Arlo; I cannot recommend the Cybex priam as being value for money.
