New Safe n Sound Compaq AHR
We are very excited about the upcoming release of the new Safe n Sound Compaq AHR. As many people in Australia are buying smaller cars, the need for Safe n Sound to re-model their compact seat was a must.
Safe-n-Sound Compaq AHR
The new Compaq AHR now features Safe n Sound’s unique Active Head Restraint (AHR) which protects your child’s head in a side impact crash.
The addition of AHR increases energy absorption in a side impact crash by 25%.
The new Compaq AHR now has a slimmer base which reduces the rear facing installed seat depth by 15mm.
We Love the following key features:
1. Active Head Restraint (AHR™) – Safe-n-Sound’s specialised AHR was created to provide head protection as your child grows.
2. The large side wings are EPS lined and have been constructed to contain and protect your child’s head in a side impact crash.
3. A new push button to adjust the Hassle Free Harness from the front of the seat.
4. Hassle Free Harness means there is no need to take the car seat out of the car to rethread the harness. This reduced the risk of installing the seat incorrectly.
5. The Safe-n-Sound Compaq AHR is ideal for cars that are smaller internally in width. Families with 3 children across the back seat (all in car seats) will especially benefit from the slim-line design. The narrow external width allows for better access to seat belt buckles, enhancing correct car seat installation. Although it has shorter, slimmer external dimensions, the internal dimensions are wide and generous, without sacrificing your child’s comfort or growth.
6. EZ-Buckle system keeps the harness buckle in a forward position and prevents your child from sitting on the buckle when getting in.
7. Suitable for children from birth to 12 months – rearward facing, then from 12 months to approx. 4 years of age – forward facing.
Available in 4 colours – Blue, Black, Grey and Cool Berry
