NOT RECOMMENDED – The infa Comfi Caprice is a B/E seat; that is very upright with very little opportunity to recline the seat. The width of the seat at the top is very wide; and prevents other seats from being placed next to each other.
The new INFA Comfi Caprice is the Comfi Cruiser; with a complete revamp to delight not just parents; but everyone who wants a top rated forward facing restraint which rates very high in the CREP report. The Comfi caprice features, and introduces new innovations in safety, comfort and ergonomics.Th
The fully redesigned shell now incorporates a ergonomic shape for extra comfort; while still maintaining the super strong blow moulded construction.
Seatbelt Path
The Comfi caprice child restraint includes a larger seatbelt path; and a unique anti-submarining technology- resulting in a very safe, and comfortable convertible booster seat.
INFA have incorporated a unique ‘pommel’ design into the seat base; and the air-bag-like blow moulded construction acts in a similar way to the front seat of your car.
The sloped surface results in a larger downward force; rather than lateral, decelerating the child and reducing forward motion and submarining.
The infa Comfi features a high, blow moulded backrest; with large side wings for enhanced side impact protection, and a recline position for your child’s comfort.
Headrest
The Comfi also comes with an adjustable, removable headrest pad; a plush extra seat pad, shoulder strap pads and crotch buckle pad.
The Comfi Caprice is a forward facing child restraint; and can be used with the in-built harness from approximately 6 months through to 4 years old. Once your child reaches the middle shoulder height marker; you can convert the Comfi into a booster seat for use with a lap sash seatbelt.
Booster Mode
In booster seat mode, the anti-submarine designed arm rests; work in tandem with the new base; keeping the lap belt down across your child’s lap. The included SafeGrip Belt Clamp ensures the lap belt does not ride up into your childs abdominal area.
The Comfi Caprice comes in our six Swirl designs; and features a removable cup holder, redesigned inserts and cover.
